PHANES / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Your information, explained.
What happens to information when you use this website and the protected DOWS demo.

Contacting Phanes
The public contact form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit or store your message on this website. If you choose to send it, your email service sends the information to Phanes for handling your enquiry. Avoid including patient information.
Public website browsing
The public site code does not include advertising pixels or an analytics tracker. Hosting and security services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This does not mean that browsing generates no server records.
DOWS access and training
DOWS uses an essential sign-in cookie lasting up to eight hours. Security controls record failed access attempts using a hashed network identifier. Where individual access codes are used, access records can include a name, contact details, administrative notes, code status and login history.
Individual practice attempts and saved ward profiles can remain in your browser storage. Clearing site data removes those local copies and may sign you out. Downloaded exports remain wherever you save them.
Shared training rooms store participant training names, roles and the shared scenario state on the server. Other participants in that room can see the shared activity. Rooms become inaccessible after 24 hours; expired room records are cleaned up when another room is created, rather than guaranteed to be deleted at the instant of expiry.
Use fictional training details. DOWS is a demonstration environment and must not contain identifiable patient information.
DOWS feedback
The feedback tool captures an image only when you choose to capture or upload one. You can crop, highlight or hide areas before sharing. Drafts and images remain in the current page until you submit or download them; leaving or reloading the page discards an unsent draft.
When direct email delivery is connected, submitting sends your comments, optional contact details, chosen image and displayed technical context to Phanes through its email delivery provider, Resend. The destination is Michealyang@phanesneuro.tech. Access passwords and room codes are not automatically attached. Check the image yourself and use fictional information only.
The website retains only hashed submission identifiers and content fingerprints, timestamps and submission status for duplicate prevention, and hashed rate-limit counters. It does not retain your feedback text or image in its database. Submission metadata older than seven days and expired rate-limit counters are removed during subsequent submissions. Email copies remain with Phanes and its email providers for handling your feedback.
If email delivery is unavailable, the interface says so. Downloading an email draft saves a file on your device; it does not send your feedback. You must send it from a compatible email app.
Questions about information you have shared
Contact Kahibw@phanesneuro.tech to ask about access, correction or deletion of information provided to Phanes. State whether your question concerns an email enquiry, an access code or a DOWS training session; do not send passwords.
This page explains the current site’s data handling. It is not a complete organisational privacy notice covering all of Phanes’ activities.
